My sweet cat needs to be an only pet

My sweet Apricot likes to be petted and fed treats by people, but she is terrified of my other cat to he point that her health rapidly declines when I even try to feed them on either side of a door. I am between roommates and she is doing much better in a room on her own but she deserves to have access to the home and her humans at all times, and I have a new roommate moving in soon. Becaus she grew up as a community cat without vet care or proper food, Apricot is completely deaf (so if you like loud music and vacuuming she won't mind at all!) and her front legs are disabled in such a way that she walks on her fore legs instead of her feet in front. She still gets around when she feels like it and can run and jump. She is about 5-7 years old and small, has her shots, and is spayed. If you're the right human friend for Apricot please email me some info and any questions you have. I will take her back if it doesn't work out and needs to be rehomed again. She'll also have her bed, water fountain, litter box, carrier, and favorite toy mice come with her.
