looking for general handy man for all around odd jobs

In need of someone for odds and end jobs at about six properties in the northeast. I had a all purpose handyman who is now retired. Painting, light plumbing (mostly clogs), light carpentry (fixing drywall, spackle tape) Painting, and if possible light electric (changing outlets very rare, and turn back on breakers) Also lighting pilots on water heaters and changing filters. I will pay for all materials, I know rates have changed, so please email me with what you job expectation per call will be. anything over this size job if you have the ability to tackle it we can handle on a case by case. I am open to most situations as long as they are reasonable, the biggest priority is reliability and actual know how. I have a background in this work and would be willing to train someone gig to gig until they could handle on their own. Again I am open as long as it is reasonable and the person proves they are reliable
