Hello looking for the right home for this very loving special needs cocker puppy. About 9weeks old, male, mostly white pup. He has had some vaccinations and not registered due to being disabled. He is cannot see or hear and will need full attention. Does good letting you know he has to poop outside but we have been working on a way to get him to let us know if he has to urinate. He was born this way. But it doesn't stop him from playing with his toys or snuggling up to you. I will need full veterinary references and must have a good history with vet inorder to adopt. Must be neutered before going to New home. Please contact me if interested.
