Our client, a plastics manufacturer for consumer goods, seeks machine operator assistants with fork lift experience. The ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, be able to work on their feet for 10-12 hours a day, and be able to work 1st shift (6AM-6PM) or 3rd shift (6PM-6AM) 3-4 days a weeks. The company has a 3 on 4 off alternating shift structure. Employees working 1st shift (6AM-6PM) will earn $18.50/hr with opportunities to advance into an operator position. Employees working 3rd shift (6PM-6AM) will earn $19.25/hr with opportunities to advance into an operator position. A $500 signing bonus will be offered to employees who successfully complete 3 months of employment. Potential shift schedules: A Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Sunday, 5:45 am to 6:00 pm. B Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Sunday, 5:45 pm to 6:00 am. C Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Sunday, 5:45 am to 6:00 pm. D Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Sunday, 5:45 pm to 6:00 am.
