I have 2 properties that need attention! First home had a plumbing issue clogged drain it is not the u trap it’s within main drainage snake did not help! Property #2 is hvac the ac unit I believe is running low on refrigerant. Needs to be recharged but would prefer an hvac tech to give me their diagnosis.
