Looking for a Drummer/Percussionist for Originals Focused Group

My name is Josh Lee and I am looking for a Full Time Drummer/Percussionist. I perform with my fiancee in 3 groups: The Josh Lee Band (Primarily Rock), The Natasha Wynn Band (Primarily Country), and Lyrics & Love (Duo Primarily/Mix of All Genres). Our goal is to put together a group without boundaries and re-label ourselves as a unified band for original music while using cover music to make fans and cash. HONESTY AND ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE ARE #1!!! We can't be successful if no one speaks up about an issue they are having or an idea they have, nor will any issue ever get resolved if they are swept under the rug and not addressed. PLEASE BE DIVERSE MUSICALLY! Preferably with the ability to sing harmonies, but not required. Be open to all genres. While I personally am not a fan of Rap or Metal, but I can appreciate and recognize those styles of musicians their abilities Must have a job, reliable equipment, be committed and passionate about potentially making music your full-time gig. MUST BE ABLE TO PLAY ACOUSTICALLY AS WELL AS ROCK OUT. I want to be able to recapture the old days of talent that didn't have to hide behind auto-tune, distortion, and gimmicks. Plus the ability to play in any format helps us be tighter as a group and be able to accept any and all shows. Be DYNAMIC!! Be able to play soft when needed. So, with that said ORIGINALS WILL BE OUR FOCUS GOING FORWARD!! We need someone who is willing to write with a group, but not be afraid to share their stuff as well. We are open to all ideas when writing, just because I don't play drums doesn't mean I don't have a wicked idea for a fill or rhythm. We are a tight group with a fully open door policy and I want to keep it that way. The song will let us know if a part works or not, so we try everything. We are already pretty successful in the DFW area and generally booked every weekend as either Solo, Duo, Trio, or Full Band.
