STOLEN Red Northface Backpack

E 16th ave near Oak Alley, Eugene OR

I am helping my friend find her red backpack which was stolen from her vehicle near the beer stein on the evening of 9/7/21 sometime after 8pm on E 16th Ave between oak st and oak alley (see photo). The vehicles windows were smashed. Will identify contents, some items are just priceless please notify for any information. Txt ok! Thank you so much for your help!
