Sept 19, 20 or 21 Handyman or Load Trailer help needed

I need to have two separate types of services performed on either Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday September 19, 20 or 21. The first thing that I need help with is loading a trailer with items, including one fairly heavy dining room hutch unit. See the hutch in photo above. We are loading only the hutch with glass windowed top doors, not the dining room table itself. The unit separates into a top and bottom half. Each is about 6 feet long and 3 feet tall. You and I can carry them from dining room into trailer in garage. I have a good dolly at my house. The rest of the items are boxes, medium-size items or clothes. Most likely be about about two hours worth of work. The second thing I need help with is someone who will write a receipt on their own official printed handyman letterhead documenting work completed on deck and attic pulldown staircase jobs to work with me replacing a few rotted deck boards and repair a spring under high tension that detached from an attic pulldown staircase. This may be a one or two hour job as well. The same person could do both jobs as long as the person arrived with some sort of official handyman letterhead bill, as I need proof of payment done by an official licensed person to show to the buyer of my house at my house sale closing next month.
