This is a entry level position with a small family owned and operated construction company. No experience necessary, but some basic knowledge of construction would be good. We do mostly local work in Indianapolis but do travel occasionally. We do commercial and residential construction. Minimum pay is $13hr and max is $17hr for this position. I will discuss and evaluate your skill level to determine where you land on the pay scale. You must be drug free and able to pass a drug test at any given moment, must not be a "hard" criminal (felonies, violence, theft) and have reliable transportation. The only things required for you to be eligible for this position are, show up on time (usually 8am) stay busy and have a willingness to learn.
