We need a professional painter / carpenter. This job is to strip and repaint some kitchen cabinets and fix a couple of the drawers and door hinges. It is very dirty and needs a good job done to bring them back to normal. This is just one job, but we are looking for a painter and repair "go-to" guy in LA for these 4 properties we manage (16 apartments).
