Looking to hire a full time Housekeeper/Helper who is a friendly, energetic, flexible, self-starter able to communicate clearly, establish goals, and identify solutions, and who works well independently. Location: Malibu QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTER SKETCH: * Courteous, discreet, honest, and responsible. • Hardworking and detail oriented with strong organizational skills. • Have a flexible attitude and be a self-starter. • Have a positive, pleasant personality. • Able to follow direction and instruction from employer and accept constructive criticism. • Able to work legally in the United States, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record • Well groomed, non-drug user, physically able to perform the duties. • Long-term intent. CLEANING DUTIES: * Have a sound knowledge of proper care protocols, and ability to care for specialized surfaces, crystal, fine china, fine linens, and cookware, etc. • Vacuum all floors, furniture, carpeting and draperies. • Empty trash and organize recycling. • Vacuum and mop floors. • Dust and vacuum furniture. • Clean and organize closets. • Wash inside windows and woodwork, etc. • Change linens on beds • Complete weekly cleaning of all bathrooms (medicine chests, drawers, linen closet, tile and showers, etc.). • Assist with other cleaning projects (bookshelves, closet floors, kitchen appliances including refrigerator and stove, silver and crystal.) LAUNDRY: * Does laundry and ironing very well. • Organize and maintain all clothes, closets, and drawers as needed by employer. COMPENSATION AND TERMS: • A confidentiality agreement is required. • Reference Required • Hourly pay, commensurate with experience. • Background Check will be done.
