Seeking Renovation/Construction Worker/Lead

We are a small construction company seeking to expand and grow our company, and we need an experienced and able individual to lead and work with a small growing crew in the field. We are multifaceted and currently have a focus on residential remodel/renovation work such as; siding, replacement windows, complete renovations, additions, framing, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, sheetrock, paint, tile work, finish work, carpentry, trim. We are looking for someone with a balanced array of skills in each of these areas, or at least, most. Even if you don't currently have management experience, we would like to find someone willing to learn and potentially take on more responsibilities as our company grows. Someone who can oversee and manage one to several other workers on a given project, and eventually who can be trusted with company tools/vehicle and company credit card. Must have previous experience in the industry and references. Drug use is not tolerated in any capacity. Marijuana is acceptable outside of working hours, however there will be no tolerance for intoxication before or during your work day. Must have reliable transportation and be flexible with work hours, depending on the job and schedule, although a standard M-F workweek is typical.
