Seeking handymen/contractors to perform work on pre-foreclosure and REO properties. Looking for coverage for property in East Carbon. This will be a supplemental income opportunity best suited for a vendor within or in close proximity to East Carbon. Work typically includes securing, trash removal, bi-weekly grass cuts, landscaping, janitorial, minor repairs, fencing, etc. Client is actively seeking proposal for fence repair and shrub trimming. Knowledge of digital photography and large batch photo submission and photo file compression is mandatory. Vendors receiving significant work volumes must possess General Liability Insurance. Applicants with existing Aspen Grove background check ABC#s will be given special consideration.
