Looking for Commercial roofing maintenance mechanic with construction background for roof repairs on commercial roofs. Willing to consider training the right person. Skills/Qualifications: •Hard working and punctual individual •Ability to do daily paperwork •Willing to be trained and practice safety regulations for roofing •Willing to be trained and practice OSHA requirements •A Valid Driver's License and Transportation •Ability to climb up and down ladders •May be required to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis •A TEAM player •Must have a Valid Driver's License and be able to pass a DRUG TEST Duties: (including but not limited to) •Labor directly on constructing and repairs on commercial/industrial roofing projects •Repairs on all types of Roofing Systems: Single Ply's EPDM, TPO, Built-up and Modified Roof Systems, Metal, Shingles Salary based on qualifications and experience.
