A growing Site Development company in Orlando, Florida is in need of a Survey Layout person. This is a Full-Time position with hours of 6:30am to 3:30pm (approximate end time.) We are a drug free workplace and an equal opportunity employer. Our company offers paid holidays after 90 days, one week vacation after one year, two weeks vacation after three years, 50% company paid health insurance and employee paid dental and vision insurance after 90 days. Competitive salary based on experience. Candidate would be responsible for layout, as-builts, staking and setting up GPS bull dozers and excavators. Experience with Topcon is a big plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. You will be issued a company truck. Must be self-motivated and require little supervision.
