MAINTENANCE PART TIME NEEDED FOR RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT BUILDINGS IN NEWARK REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of plumbing (fixing leaks, changing faucets, changing toilet handles,etc.) Basic knowledge of electrical (replacing outlets, GFI's, light switches, changing light fixtures) Some knowledge of maintaining central air and heating systems preferred Candidate must have own vehicle and tools RESPONSIBILITIES: Must be able to fulfill maintenance work orders for tenants Plumbing, Electrical Handle apartment turnovers between tenants Painting, spackeling, sheet rocking, tiles, flooring Repair doors, replace locks Window repairs, screen replacements Turnover of apartments for re-rental Clean inside and outside of buildings regularly Candidate must be able to deal professionally with tenants and organize work orders effectively MUST FORWARD RESUME AND SALARY HISTORY/REQUIREMENTS VIA EMAIL IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION
