Ancestry worship has existed in some form in nearly every religious belief or spiritual practice since the beginning of humankind.
It is a belief that our departed family members are still with us and play a role in our lives. Ancestry worship can involve communicating with the dead through séance, or it can involve elaborate community rituals, such as the Day of the Dead. Join Rev. Sandy Haxton and learn how some ancient and indigenous cultures have engaged in Ancestry Worship. We will practice some ancient rituals, as well as developing our own rituals.
