High Schoolers are invited to read The Hunger Games then come to the library to watch the movie and talk about which was better! High Schoolers are invited to a monthly book to movie club! This month we are reading the Hunger Games at home, then gathering at the library to watch the movie version and discuss the differences! Did they get your favorite character's look just right? Does the bad guy sound way different than you imagined? Can you believe they left out that one scene where that wild thing happened?! We will then vote on which book to movie combo to read and watch next month. Come for the popcorn, stay for the heated arguments! While we appreciate parental enthusiasm, this event is meant just for the teens.
