About Pan Masters Steel Orchestra On May 5, 2021, the Pan Masters Organization celebrated 36 years of providing steelpan music and cultural presentations including an annual Pan Jamboree featuring other bands from Washington D.C. Baltimore, Prince George's County, Virginia, Philadelphia, and New York. Outreach events include Calypso competitors, pan classes, and entertaining the elderly at hospitals and hospice centers.
