I need a welder / metal fabricator to build a strong, portable, modular, motorized height-adjustable Platform. The Platform will be used as part of an online educational program for a puppet performer. The Platform must be motorized capable of lifting and supporting weight of 300 pounds. Must be easy to assemble / disassemble. See hyper-link to.PDF drawings and specifications below. You will build the Platform at your location and I will pick it up when finished. The lift system will be powered by four column lift actuators from Firgelli Automations (model: FA-SCL-1000) and operated with two programmable controllers ( ). NOTE: I will purchase the column actuators and controllers. _________ BUILD SPECIFICATIONS (see also hyperlink below to.PDF drawings): -- Dimensions of Platform BASE: 54 inches Wide X 88 inches Long -- Platform FRAME Height-adjustable (electric): approximately 32 inches to 71 inches High -- See FA-SCL-1000 electric lift actuators ( ). -- Platform FRAME Width-adjustable (manually): 54 inches to 90 inches Wide clearance -- One end of Platform BASE has rectangle-shaped cut-out: 20 inches Long X 30 inches Wide -- Lightweight, strong, sturdy metal construction -- Platform must be motorized capable of holding, raising and lowering 300 pounds -- Portable: must be movable on sturdy wheels that can lock securely into place -- Modular assembly and capable of being broken down into its parts by 1 person -- Each individual Platform part must be capable of being carried by 1 person -- When disassembled, all Platform parts must be storable in a standard coat closet of a residential home -- Prep, prime and professionally paint the parts in rust-proof black paint suitable for metal -- Minimum tools - Platform must be capable of set up and breakdown with simple hand tools _________ DRAWINGS: _________ BID INFO: Please respond with photos or hyper-link samples of your prior work, experience and quote estimate for labor and materials.
