Description
Help with whatever needs to be done at an apartment building and home. No electrical or plumbing needed. The list changes constantly and includes painting, organizing, yardwork and parking lot maintenance, small carpentry jobs, whatever is needed. You will work with the property manager and alone. Not full time. We need someone to call when needed. Hours can be flexible and according to your schedule, but, mornings, afternoons and weekends are best, not evenings. Must be able to lift. Must have transportation. $20/hour by check.
