TRX Restoration provides emergency repairs, structural drying, and post fire remediation to residential and commercial properties across New York and New Jersey. We are an IICRC certified firm with a top-notch team of experienced restoration professionals. We are the first to respond for clients when their properties are damaged by water or fire. TRx performs initial repairs, cleanup, setup drying equipment, work with the client and their insurance company, and facilitate the entire restoration process to bring the property back to pre-loss condition. Seeking young and energetic person to lead and manage the emergency response team assigned to residential and commercial losses. Technician / Crew Chief 1) Assistant Restoration Manager $20.00 - $30.00 Experience is a plus but not necessary as we are willing to train. We are seeking individuals with a solid work ethic and willingness to learn. This is a career opportunity with growth potential through job certifications, training, and exemplary work performance. Responsibilities include: -Assist the project manager on residential and commercial property damage projects. -Setup / removing equipment from job site. - Project documentation using Xactimate and Encircle Restoration app. - Material and Equipment management for jobs. - Estimating and communicating with insurance adjusters -Assist the restoration team to perform initial cleaning and water extraction. -Assist to deploy necessary drying equipment. - Perform job-site monitoring. - Estimate and Scope writing. - Loss documentation. -Assist in light repairs and work with the mitigation team in all phases of the restoration process. -Must be able to lift 40lbs (this is a hands-on position). -Must have a valid us driver's license.
