Property Manager/Maintenance Technician

Looking for a full time property manager with maintenance and housekeeping experience who can wear many hats and think on their feet. We are a growing real estate company with over 125 properties under management mostly in Boston and some on the Cape. Duties with us will range from replacing faucets, clearing a clogged garbage disposal, snow shoveling, painting, and light construction labor. Must have basic hand and power tools skills. Must be willing to drive to different job sites within Boston and occasionally go to the Cape. Must be willing to clean common areas daily as part of the position. You must be motivated to learn and willing to do all parts of the job. Primary Duties include: -Cleaning common areas -Taking out the trash - Light Landscaping/shoveling/cleaning - Heavy lifting is required - Painting - Basic Plumbing such as faucets and finding leaking pipes - Basic Electrical Work such as changing a fixture -Interreacting with tenants Must be within 5 miles of 02116 and A car is a must as there are 2+ separate locations!
