Stillman Quality Meats is a small, diverse livestock farm in Hardwick MA producing premium grass-fed meats and pastured poultry. The farm operates a state of the art on-farm poultry abattoir where they process all of their own chickens, turkeys and water fowl.  In addition the farm also cuts all of their red meat in their processing facility and produced a variety of smoked meats, hand-made sausdages and charcuterie in the farm kitchen. Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a cancellation notice is received at least two weeks before the ticketed class, we will offer a voucher for a different class. All cancellations must be made via email.  Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the workshop date will be issued as a store credit in the amount of 50% of the registration fee.
