Actlien Property Management LLC is a fast paced multi-million dollar investment company looking to expand and need the right employees to help us grow. We are looking for individuals that can service minor to large home repairs and help our team turn over rental properties from our 300+ and growing rental portfolio when tenants move out. This includes drywall repair, paint, flooring, minor plumbing and electrical repairs and carpentry. MUST pass a criminal and DMV Background checks no exceptions. Some weekends may be required. Overtime available. Must have reliable transportation to get to the office everyday. Work hours start at 8am(Monday-Thursday) 730(Friday) to 5pm. Company vehicles will be provided while working. This is a full time position which offers competitive wages, benefits and an opportunity to grow within the company for individuals that display a good work ethic, leadership, good record keeping and communication, can work within a team and are committed to the company and their craft.
