APM Lawn Care is a landscaping company and sister company to Actlien Property Management LLC that services a portfolio of rentals THROUGHOUT the State of New Jersey as well as a client portfolio. We are a fast paced multi-million dollar investment company looking to expand and need the right employees to help us grow. We are looking for 2 landscapers that can do lawn cuts, property cleanups, snow removal, cleanouts and willing to be placed where needed during winter time. This is not a seasonal position. This is a full time position which offers competitive wages, benefits and an opportunity at a managerial position down the road to an employee that proves they deserve that position through their leadership, work ethic and sales capability. MUST be able to operate commercial zero turn machines, service equipment and be able to drive a vehicle with a trailer. MUST pass a criminal and DMV background checks. Some weekends may be required. Must have reliable transportation to get to the office everyday. Company vehicles will be provided while working. I have no time for individuals wasting my time that don't want to work or can not pass the necessary background checks. Do not apply if this applies to you. Position starts out at $16/Hour overtime available. Paid vacation.
