Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Properly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair
• Communicates repair status updates with office.
• Communicate parts order(s) with office.
• Completes service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent & with safely manner.
• Meet on-call requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
• Two years experience
• High school graduate/GED or the equivalent in experience
Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot: refers, electrical issues, installation, and mechanical background is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Good driving record.
