Commercial Director seeking Chef or talented Home Cook to film culinary demo. This is NOT for broadcast or online distribution. This is a practice run to test out the storyboard / shot list for the actual commercial shoot later this month. We will provide the recipes and all ingredients. Talent's face will not be on camera - exclusively filming hands. Pay is $50/hr and shoot will take 4-5 hours. Flexible scheduling - either this FR or SAT (9/10-9/11). NOTE: If applicant has kitchen w/ island and relatively good lighting (i.e. large windows or recessed lights), director can travel to you. Otherwise, shoot will take place in South Brooklyn. We will reimburse travel. If interested, please send brief introduction email with relevant culinary experience and make note of (1.) when you would be available (FR, SAT or BOTH), (2.) if you prefer the director travel to you, please include a photo of your kitchen.
