Qualifications:
- Must have clean driving record
- Clean shaven, neat appearance & full uniform (provided) at all times
- Demonstrate ability to be responsible for a job from leading the van to turning in the proper paperwork, communicating with the customer, obtaining sign out and verifying the client is pleased with the work.
- Must be willing to work weekends and nights when necessary
- Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely
- Knowledge of basic tools such as hammers, saws and drills
- Comfortable with PPE such as respirators to protect from mold resulting from water damage
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Every technician must complete company paid IICRC courses within 6 months of hire, and other courses thereafter
- Every Technician will be provided with their own tool bag and vacuum. It is the technician’s responsibility for its care and maintenance.
- To work minimum of 40 hours
- Participate in on-call rotation and other after hours and weekend work as needed
- Subject to random drug testing
- Technicians are to call the office when they have completed their last job to see if they are needed elsewhere
- Technicians are to report on work ticket time they started and completed the job
- At the end of the day, each crew is expected to make sure the van they are in is ready for the next day, tools, equipment returned and checked in to its proper place, gas card in the van, tank filled.
