Come learn about the effects of PTSD, repetitive trauma exposure, and stress on our first responders and their families.
As we approach the fourth anniversary of Chip’s suicide, we would like to invite you to attend our educational seminar. We encourage significant others of our first responders to attend as well. Often, the first responders will ask if we offer a spouse program, so we encourage you to bring your significant other. This event will take place at Covington Latin School on Friday October 1st. There will be a cocktail hour starting at 5:30 pm and dinner by McHale’s Catering served at 6 pm. The presentation will begin promptly at 7pm and will last about one and a half hours. Jason Patton, the VP at Fire Department Coffee and creator of Fire Department Chronicles will present his Mental Health 101 as well. Tickets are $50 for an individual and $100 for a couple. Each ticket includes one beverage and dinner. Seating is limited and capped. Must pre-purchase tickets to attend.
