Fall Book Sale at New Paris Library The New Paris Library book sale is back! Get to the library early for the best selection of fiction, nonfiction, young adult, children's books, CDs, and DVDs! There are no set prices. All sales are through donation only. Grab what you want and give as much as you can. All funds raised support the New Paris Library. The Preble County District Library is a system of seven small, independent libraries located in Camden, Eaton, Eldorado, New Paris, West Elkton, West Alexandria and West Manchester. We share our catalog with four county school systems.
