Expect a mix of jazz, blues and bossa with a few special guests. Kathryn Hopkins originally from New Zealand, grew up in Australia and heralds from a musical family with her father and brother both iconic jazz musicians, so jazz is in her blood. While she plays other instruments, voice is her main one. Kathryn arrived in LA in 2014 and plays with small ensembles up to 18 piece big bands at popular live music venues in LA. Sunday, September 19th with Kathryn will be Allan Walker on tenor sax, a giant in his own right. Plus the Adam Hersh trio: Adam Hersh on keys Mauricio Morales on bass Kevin Van Den Elzen on drums.
