Description

This six session series will focus on techniques of breathing meditation. This six session series will focus on techniques of breathing meditation. This is a simple form of meditation that anyone can learn, and skills acquired can be used by the learner right away. Each session will highlight one or two breathing techniques, which the group will practice led by the instructor. A brief explanation of each technique and complementary information will begin the session, followed by practice. Each session will conclude with a guided meditation practice. Instructor will provide a folder for each participant, for handouts that will be given to everyone at each session. This series is intended for adults 18 and over, as discussion and materials will be designed for this level
