In the spirit of Dr Jonathan Grayson, OCDNH is taking exposure therapy to the trail! Renowned OCD expert Dr Jonathan Grayson discovered the power to exposure in a group and out in nature when he took his GOAL group camping. For years he has brought the camping experience to the annual IOCDF conference, often taking hundreds of people out on the streets of the host city to perform all kinds of exposures. Join OCD specialists Jeanette Nogales LCMHC and Sarah Hazelton LICSW on the Mount Cardigan trail as we create our own version of Dr Grayson's "exposure walk". The trail is moderately easy with a 3 mile loop. This will be challenge by choice (no one will be forced to do an exposure) and we encourage family and friends to attend as well. a 501c3 dedicated to improving quality of care, resources, awareness and education for those living with OCD in NH.  An official officiliate of the International OCD Foundation.
