Kettlebell Workshop led by boxing instructor, Steve!
Kettlebells are one of the most versatile pieces of equipment out there. You can easily get a full body workout in with just one or two kettlebells! That's why we are hosting a Kettlebell Workshop led by Steve in which he will teach you basic movement patterns that can be done with kettlebells. Steve will focus on form correction with each person and make sure you leave feeling like you can conquer all things kettlebells! So grab your friends, a sweat towel & your water bottle and join us September 26th at 9:15AM for a great workshop!
