Community members, business owners, and cannabis advocates learning and discussing the benefits of cannabis in Walnut Creek. Walnut Creek City Council members, community members, cannabis supporters and advocates, and local business owners, I am so excited to invite you to this event! The event will be on October 1st from 5:30-8:30pm and will focus on cannabis education and the ways in which Walnut Creek can benefit from its increased commercial presence. Our program will debunk several common myths about cannabis and include real stories of people who have benefited from its use. Cities with legalized cannabis across the country have been seeing positive financial and wellness outcomes, and we cannot wait to discuss all of this and more with you all! You can learn about the benefits of cannabis through our presentations from industry experts and a live Q&A session. While our focus is on education, this event will also be a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to connect with other Walnut Creek community members and/or business owners. Enjoy free food while observing fine art pieces on display from cannabis users. Participate in fun activities and live demonstrations.
