Your Presenter Steve Richardson is well known in his field for leading and managing people. He has led several businesses and non-profit organizations over the years as well as specialized as a turn-around management consultant to both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He continues to lead seminars and workshops on crisis/change management, board management, leadership and maximizing organizational effectiveness. Steve consults to businesses in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching and employee motivation. Steve also serves as a business advisor with the Small Business Development Center in Long Beach, CA. Steve authored the book "Become A Better Leader in 30 Days" and is currently working on a new book entitled "Become A Better Board Member - NOW."
