SCPA | Interest Gathering Sevier County Professionals Association (SCPA) is an upcoming group of individuals that takes an active interest in serving the community through making lasting connections all for the betterment of Sevier County.We hope you can join us for our free, kick-off interest gathering September 23 at 6 p.m. located at East TN Billiards on Hwy. 66. There will be food & drink specials available for purchase for participants during the event. Plus, door prize drawings for participants who R.S.V.P.
