Nemo Power Tools LTD / Grabo LLC, a busy power tool start up in Las Vegas is seeking an assistant to help with various tasks around the warehouse. You will take a thoughtful approach to complex scheduling, incoming and outgoing deliveries, inventory management, and help with various projects within the warehouse. Your ability to stay on task coupled with your willingness to be an asset to the company will help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Warranty Associate to help with projects and daily tasks.
Keep up-to-date inventory of stock of units and parts.
Take charge of warehouse organization and maintenance.
Help define new operational strategies to make the global team more efficient.
Assist on incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Maintain internal files and confidential documents.
Respond to customers and clients on behalf of warranty manager and warranty associate.
Occasionally help physically arrange inventory in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
Previous experience with calendar management and scheduling.
Highly professional, yet warm and friendly demeanor.
Extremely attentive to detail.
Well organized, proactive, and resourceful.
Excellent at time-management.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize workload efficiently.
Collaborative and team oriented.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Highly familiar with Google Suite.
