Hello, I have one young green Indian ringneck. Gender still unknown of course but it currently goes by the name of Basil. Of course it can be changed. My wife had a bird for a few years and ended up losing it so she got another a few months after but has learned she isn't ready to care for another one. She just wants him to go to a better home where he can be happy and fully loved. Nothing is wrong with the little guy though. The place we got him from told us he was hand tamed but he isn't 100% there yet. So he will take some training but he's only about 4-6 months old so it is expected. We bought him for a $1000 plus his cage for $200-300. We're rehoming him for just a $1,000. That includes the cage, food and some toys.
