Description
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment in one or more fields (carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, vehicle/golf cart etc.).
-Self-Starter with Leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Performs routine and predictive maintenance.
-Performs general cleaning and maintains clean work area.
-Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Comfortable communicating complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers in a professional manner.
-Proven ability to work safely in industrial environments.
-Familiar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety procedures.
-Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc...
-Responds positively to requests in a timely manner.
-Ability to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding. Soldering and welding a plus.
-Maintain maintenance logs and schedules.
-Qualification-
-Education and/ or Experience Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience and or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.
-Two years Electrical Experience minimum. High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
-Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and or certifications.
-Certificates, Licenses, Registrations May required to have a valid driver’s license. Forklift and electric pallet jack certification may be required.
