Handyman The The Motor Lodge is located in Downtown Prescott just a few steps from Whiskey Row. We are a 13-room boutique motel that emphasizes a hip, groovy and fun experience for our guests. We are also looking to add more rooms to our portfolio and are looking for someone who is interested in some remodel work. Physical labor is required. The position is best suited to someone that has experience with general repairs and previous maintenance experience. Knowledge of general plumbing, electrical and general maintenance is a plus. Hours Sun-Thurs (Hours will vary), Fri-Sat (occasionally) Rate: $15.00-16.00 DOE Responsibilities: Remodel experience a plus Room repairs as needed Monthly and Weekly maintenance General maintenance of interior rooms General maintenance of exterior and landscaping Qualifications: Reliability and punctuality Reliable transportation Possess a positive, energetic “can-do” attitude and spirit Team player and assist were needed
