Property maintenance/groundskeeper needed. Company is looking for a person to maintain a Company Residence/Estate Duties would include: Groundskeeping including: Pruning trees Blowing leaves Trimming landscape Managing water times Cultivating Flowers etc Residence maintenance including: Painting / Staining Paver / Tile maintenance Exterior and Interior Maintance. Pool maintenance Setting up repair services for the property and lead projects for the property. Experience needed: Landscaping Construction helpful Electrical helpful Painting Trac Hoe / Skid Steer helpful This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be in charge and manage a beautiful property to its fullest.
