Walk along a path of history to learn of glaciers that covered this land forming the hills, valleys, rivers and lakes. Follow the trail to the eastern woodlands and the early peoples who called it home until the 1800s. Learn how indigenous inhabitants met their basic needs from the environment and how they interacted with settlers arriving in 1817 to what is now called Rochester.
Dress for the weather! This is an outdoor walking tour on the museum grounds.
