We believe beauty brings healing and there's special grace in the raw language of the creative process and in the vulnerability of building friendships. As we continue to seek to love our city and dream for its healing, we invite you to join in this- our first breaking-ground / "bridge building" collaborative art evening. We are excited to feast in community and listen in as musicians Pierce Pettis and Byron Thomas lead us into their unique stories and sounds- and weave harmonies and beauty in their diverse backgrounds and journeys as artists. InSpero’s intentional acts of beauty and hospitality build bridges between the creative community, Birmingham, and our local churches. Some of the ways we do this include: Creating a safe place for artists to thrive, collaborate, and communicate truth, beauty and hope Facilitating significant conversations between artists, pastors, and the city that build mutual understanding Partnering in Birmingham’s restoration and reconciliation through creative offerings for the city Investing in relationships with individual artists as well as the greater community of creatives in the city
