Here is the scope of the job: PLUMBING (EXT. SEWER & WATER Install (N) 4” Sewer lateral from (E) primary house sewer to the ADU Trench is dug install back flow device Install clean-out @ ADU entrance Install 1-1/4” copper from (E) primary house water line to ADU Underground fittings to be brazed 1-1/4” straight Copper pipe type K is supplied Install Shutoff @ entrance Install Moen Flo device @ entrance (supplied) GAS PLUMBING Install Gas line from (E) meter location to ADU entrance Install Shutoff valve @ ADU Entrance Complete iron pipe install from (E) 1 -1/2” iron pipe to Furnace location (~10 feet) install shutoff and dripleg for furnace as required Complete iron pipe install to on-demand water heater location (~4 feet) install shutoff and dripleg for water heater as required When PGE installs Gas Meter #2: Connect gas line to meter #2 Install Earthquake device/s per PGE req. @ meters
