Description
Looking for a chef who can cater a fairly simple menu to about 40 guests. The house has an outdoor kitchen with 2 large burners and a professional commercial charcoal tandoor. The menu needs to be non-vegeterian with a couple of vegeterian dishes and live tandoor and live jalebi on site. The date of the event is Oct 8th 2021 evening.
The preference is to have a test day with just the family of 5 ( you will get paid) with the full menu before the event. Email/call me and we can discuss.
