Question about the virus

If this covid virus is so deadly, why aren't there bio-hazard waste receptacles on every street corner, for all the used masks ?? I see masks just thrown in the garbage, I see masks laying in the streets and gutters, used masks everywhere, but nobody seems too concerned. I suppose if the virus was REALLY that dangerous, Joe Biden wouldn't be importing infected illegals. I mean, he would never do something like that to the country he swore an oath to protect, right ??
