Seeking a dog walker/whisperer!

We are seeking a dog walker who can walk our 10 month old Coton de Tulear 5 x week. She is skittish around other dogs and people, so we would like to find someone who's willing to get to know her and help her become (safely) socialized. She must be on leash and most likely this would be a solo dog walk, unless you walk (or have) a few other small dogs she might grow accustomed to.
