Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 by JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH, for Special Permit Docket #3665 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Section 3.4, Environmental Design Review.
